Ingredients

250 g glutinous rice flour

200 g coconut milk

150 g sugar

1 teaspoon speculaas spices

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

¼ cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds or cashews)

¼ cup raisins (optional)


Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, gingerbread spices and salt well.
