New years fish tartlets

Ingredients

Butter 100 g

Sour cream 15% fat.2 tbsp.

Eggs 2

Salt 1 pinch.

Baking powder 1 tsp

Cod liver 200 g

Pickled cucumbers 2

Eggs 2

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.

Wheat flour 120 g


 

Preparation


Melt the butter to room temperature.

Beat eggs with small and sour cream.  Add flour, salt and baking powder

Mix well.  Divide the dough into molds for 1/3 of the volume.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

If the tartlets rise too much.  Remove the molds from the oven and lower each tartlet with the bottom of the glass and bake again until tender.

Cool the finished tartlets and remove from the molds.


For the salad, boil the eggs until tender, cool and chop finely, cut the cucumbers into small cubes, grate the cheese, mash the liver well with a fork.

Mix everything in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.

Put the salad on the tartlets

Place the salad on the tartlets.

Serve on a platter with lettuce leaves.
