New years eve goulash oup

This fragrant and delicious as well as exotic goulash is best to end the year with great festiveness.


Cooking time ; 60 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

 400g goulash meat

 1 Onion

 2 cloves garlic

 3 tbsp sesame oil

 1L beef broth

1 red pepper

1 tbsp paprika

 1 tbsp tomato paste

 5 tbsp soy sauce

 2 tbsp Ginger (freshly grated)

 1 piece lemongrass

 1 chili peppers

 1 tbsp chopped coriander

 1 lime leaf

 1 Lime (unwaxed, juice and zest)O

Preparation

For the  goulash, deseed and finely chop the chili pepper and halve the lemongrass stick lengthwise.

Wash, dry, halve the peppers, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Dice the goulash meat into bite-size pieces and sauté in sesame oil together with the peeled and diced onion and garlic and the pepper.

Then add the tomato paste and roast briefly, deglaze with the soy sauce and pour over the beef broth.

Add the remaining spices and simmer, covered, for about 1 ½ hours, stirring frequently.

Season the exotic New Year's goulash soup again with salt, pepper and lime juice, remove the lemongrass stick and lime leaf and serve garnished with fresh coriander.

This delicious New Year's Eve goulash soup can of course be garnished with other herbs as desired.
