Christmas quesadilla

 This pork quesadilla is make from freshly cooked pulled pork and mozzarella cheese.

How great would be it to have as a appetizer or dinner .




Serves ; 4 



Ingredients

1 pounds of pork

3 apples

Flour tortilla

Worschetechire sauce

Pepper

Paprika

brown sugar

500 ml Apple juice

1 tbsp Corn starch 

4 tbsp Agave nectar or sugar 


Instructions

We spread Worcestershire sauce on the pork post, and we add salt, pepper, paprika, and brown sugar, and we put it in a frying pan on all sides, for a few minutes until it is well sealed. 

Then we put it in the slow cooker with all the juices that the post released. Add 500ml of apple juice and turn on high heat for 4 hours. 

After cooking, take it out of the slow cooker and shred all the meat, and transfer the juices to a pot. In the pot we add 1/4 cup of water mixed with corn starch, and let it boil until reduced. 

While this is cooking, peel and dice the apple and put it in a pan with  agave and cook for about 10 minutes. Then we put together the 3 previous results, the meat, the sauce and the apple and cook over low heat for about 10 more minutes.

 Finally, it's time to assemble our flour Tortillas!, we fill a bit of the mixture, and mozzarella cheese, and put it in a bread pan, on a grill or in a sandwich maker, until the cheese melts and we serve it .
