Very juicy, spicy and fruity for Christmas season. It is made with even using cream cheese .

Ingredients
150 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Eggs
100 g Marzipan paste
200 g Cream cheese , plain yoghurt is also good
300 g Flour
75 g Nuts, ground
1 tbsp ginger bread spice
1 tsp baking powder
100 g Lemon peel
100 g Orange peel
2 tbsp rum
For the frosing
200 g Dark chocolate
100 ml cream
15 g Coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease a springform pan with a tube base or a wreath form with a diameter of 26 cm and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Roughly chop the lemon peel and orange peel. Put the flour, nuts, baking powder and gingerbread spice in a bowl and mix well.
Beat the butter, powdered sugar, salt and vanilla with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy.
Stir in eggs one at a time. Grate in the marzipan. Add cheese and stir. Stir the flour mixture into the fat mass.
Fold the fruit with the rum into the dough, fill it in the form, smooth it out and place it on the lower shelf in the oven.
Bake for 50-55 minutes. Do the chopsticks test.
Take the cake out of the oven and place on a wire rack. Let cool down a little, fall out of the mold and let cool down.
