Christmas Turkey curry

Serves ;2 

Ingredients: 

300g turkey

2 potatoes

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

2cm ginger

1 tomato

3 mandarins

100g cream

3 tablespoons curry powder

500ml water

2 bars  of dark chocolate

2  cinnamon

3 ground cloves

salt

pepper

lemon juice

Cooking oil


Preparation:

Cut meat into small, add some oil to the pan and fry the meat.

During the meat Sauté, dice the onions and garlic, peel and grate the ginger, peel and dice the potatoes and dice the tomatoes, peel the mandarins and cut into pieces.

When the meat is nicely seared, put the diced onions in the pan and sauté briefly.

Then add the water and throw in the potato / tomato pieces, then mix in the curry, cinnamon and cloves.

Bring everything to the boil briefly and then simmer on half heat for about 20 minutes, stir every now and then  while it is simmering add tangerine pieces and the Pour in the chocolate little by little and stir in the cream .

Season the curry with salt, pepper and lemon juice .
