This Christmas tiramisu is a festive and delicious dessert that is sure to impress your guests. It is made with layers of speculoos , cream cheese, yoghurt , and chocolate . The tiramisu is then chilled until firm and topped with a layer of whipped cream and chocolate

200 ml cream
500 g Quark or cream cheese
200 g Natural yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar
200 g Spiced speculoos cookies
1 bar Dark chocolate
preparation
Beat the cream with the vanilla , then fold in the quark, yogurt and sugar. Finely chop the chocolate.
Layer in a mold: cheese mixture, speculoos, chocolate chips, then all over again. It looks best when you finish the top with cheese mixture and then chocolate chips.
Of course you can soak the speculoos beforehand in something alcoholic or replace the dairy products as you wish, e.g. by mascarpone.
