Christmas sugar

 




Sugar mixed with Christmas spices. The Christmas sugar refines cakes, punch, tea, coffee, cocoa and desserts.

Ingredients 

500g brown sugar

5 teaspoons cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground vanilla pod

1/4 ground cardamom 

to taste: star anise, allspice, cloves, cardamom, dried orange peel, cocoa powder or other Christmas spices / flavors

or 

gingerbread spice to taste


Preparation 

For the delicious Christmas sugar, just put the brown sugar with all the ground spices in a bowl and mix well. 

Pour the Christmas sugar into a tightly closing glass and store it airtight, as it will keep its beautiful aroma for a long time. 

Simply put the sugar in a pretty glass in the classic way, which you either write on with a glass pen or you hang a nice label on the glass so that the recipient knows what he has got there.
