Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:

4 peppers

150 g smoked tofu

1/4 clove garlic

2 teaspoons green peas

2 tbsp  brown rice

1/2 tbsp smoked paprika

olive oil

 salt

preparation

Cook two tablespoons of brown rice. Prepare the peppers as well: cut them lengthwise, take out most of the seeds .

For this operation, first examine your peppers well.  It is important which is their stable side, and it is not a disadvantage if the rim will be nice high, so try to cut it in half on the flatter side. Salt, pepper, and season them a little with olive oil as well.

Then in a knife chop, blend the tofu with the garlic and 2-3 pinches of salt. Do not forget to relax with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of water. If you haven’t gotten smoked tofu, it’s good to smooth too, especially if you have a little smoky flavor at home, you’re really in the same place or at the end.

Take 2/3 of the cream out of the blender and add the cooked rice, peas and corn in a separate bowl by hand. Then taste it to taste.

If you are satisfied with the taste, smooth the filling into the peppers and then sprinkle with a little oil. Put in the oven to bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.

While it is baking, make the sauce. If all is true, the remaining 1/3 of the tofu is still watching in your knife chopper and just waiting for him to pretend he’s the sour cream! :) That's why add another 2-3 teaspoons of water and 1tsp of vinegar.

Smooth the tops of the peppers with it  for the last 10 minutes of frying, and if you haven’t already done so, be sure to switch to air mixing here .
