Christmas pumpkin jam

Ingredients

50 g butter

700 g Pumpkin meat, diced

300 g Apples, with skin, diced

60 g Marzipan - raw mass

500 g Preserving sugar, 2: 1

1 tsp vanilla powder or extract

1 teaspoon ginger bread spice ( cinamon ,cloves ,nutmeg and cardamom)

some lemon peel

2 drops  almond flavor


Preparation


Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sear the pumpkin and apple cubes in it.

Close the saucepan and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until the cubes are soft. Add the preserving sugar and mix well.

 Puree and add remaining ingredients. Let it simmer for 4 minutes, stir well again and pour into glasses while hot.
