An easy and perfect berry cocktail for Christmas. We call it lime because it is flavoured with lime .
You should make it overnight or hours before.
1 kg Berries, mixed, frozen
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml gingerbread syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
250 g sugar
75 ml Lime juice
700 ml vodka
Preparation
Bring the frozen berries with the vanilla , cinnamon and syrup to the boil briefly and stir in the sugar. Let it steep overnight.
In the next day, bring the berries to the boil again, add sugar to taste and . Puree thoroughly with the blender , then let cool down.
Stir in the lime juice and vodka and pour the lime into bottles.
Chill and serve or serve with ice directly.
