Baking gingerbread is a Christmas tradition, but we are also waiting for our favorite cake. Christmas Eve is a delicious cocoa cake with nuts and yoghurt mass with gingerbread.

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of wheat flour
100 g of walnuts
1 glass of instant cocoa
2 teaspoons of baking powder
400 ml of 18% sour cream or yoghurt
2 yellow jelly
1 packet gingerbread cookies
400 ml heavy cream 36%
½ cup of powdered sugar
2 large natural yoghurts
½ milk chocolate
½ white milk chocolate
Preparation
Grease 24×24 cm cake tin .
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with a mixer. Pour a cup of sugar and add the yolks.
Pour flour, cocoa, baking powder and 18% cream into a bowl, mix,mass. Gradually pour into the egg, mixing.
Pour the mass into a springform pan.
Slice the nuts finely and add to the mass. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
During the baking time, dissolve the jelly in 1½ cup of hot water and cool it down.
Put the yoghurts into a bowl and mix with a mixer, adding 36% cream and powdered sugar.
Pour in the jelly, mix for a while.
Chop the gingerbreads finely and combine with the mass.
Pour the mass onto the baked and cooled cake.
Decorate with grated chocolate.
