christmas bruschetta

This is a easy pizza bruschetta recipe for holidays .This recipe uses sausages which is unusual in normal bruschetta .Instead of a tomato salad we use pizza filling in this recipe.Perfect as a canape or starter .


 Preparation time ; 40 minutes

Ingredients


1 sausage 

1 pinch of pepperoni pepper

1 pinch of chopped garlic

1/2 tomato

2 tablespoons of olive oil

basil to taste

1 pinch of rosemary

1 Italian bread

mozzarella to taste

parmesan to taste


Preparation

Cut the Italian bread into slices approximately 2 to 3 centimeters.

Cook the ham sausage in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Chop the cooked sausage into pieces (as small as possible, without being ground).

Chop the tomato as in a vinaigrette.

Mix the tomato with the oil, pepper, garlic, basil and rosemary in a pot and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Spread the mixture over the slices of bread, cover everything with the mozzarella and then sprinkle the grated parmesan on top.

Bake for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil (do not abuse the oil so as not to soften the bread).

Bake for another 2 minutes over high heat and serve immediately
