christmas salami

 




This chocolate salami is one of those simple and easy christmas recipes to make and a guaranteed success on the table at home. Children will love it and adults will not be able to resist!

Ingredients 


100 g  softened butter

100 g  powder sugar

50 g cocoa

300 g digestive biscuits 

100 g walnuts

100 g candied mixtures

50 ml rum

50 ml milk


grated coconut for wrapping


Preparation 

Whip the softened butter with sugar and cocoa. 

Add the crushed biscuits and nuts (I put the  cookies  and  nuts in a large microtene bag and roll them with a roller ), candied fruit, milk, rum and mix. 

Divide the mass in half, put it on food foil and use a foil to form a roller and wrap it. 

Let it harden in the cold, then unpack, wrap in coconut, wrap again and let it rest for at least one day. Then cut and serve .
