I have homemade pudding that really takes less than 10 minutes. There are no flavors or colorings in it - in return, however, real vanilla and speculoos spice and on top I can determine the amount of sugar myself.
Indeed, it is a shame if you don't make pudding yourself (whether it's chocolate, vanilla or whatever flavor). Because you really only need a few ingredients.
The amount given in the recipe results in exactly 3 small wake-up glasses , which can be seen in the pictures. The amount can simply be doubled.
Makes 3 small wake-up glasses
Cooking time: 7 Mins
Total time: 8 Mins
ingredients
100 g speculoos biscuits a.k.a. bicoff
500 g milk
35 - 40 g starch mixed with 2-3 tbsp water
large pinch of vanilla or 1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 .5 tsp mixed spice
Sugar to taste (30-50 g)
Preparation
Chop up the speculoos biscuits (fill with the high-performance mixer or in a plastic bag and chop with the rolling pin). Put half in a saucepan, save the other half for topping the speculoos pudding.
Mix starch with 2-3 water.
Mix the milk, starch mixture and the rest of the ingredients in the pot well and heat. Stir until the milk has boiled - constant stirring is important because the mixture burns easily.
Transfer to glasses and top with the remaining speculoos crumbs.
