Christmas cookie butter

 Made with love, nicely packaged and provided with a friendly Christmas greeting, this last-minute gift can even be prepared the night before Christmas.

Also you can ,spread it on toast,eat it with apple slices,top off a fruit, granola, and yogurt breakfast parfait ,top waffles and pancakes,mix it into homemade scones,blend it into a milkshakeand add it to homemade Rice Krispie treats.





for 500 g jar 


ingredients 

300 g Spiced speculoos also known as bicoff 

20 g Honey or melted sugar 

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1½ tsp gingerbread spices 

50 g Whipped cream 

130 g butter or margarine


Preparation


Crumble the  speculas into large pieces and then use a blender to chop them up. The speculoos should already have a slightly creamy consistency after mixing.

Now stir in the honey, cream, the  spices and the cinnamon.

Add softened butter and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Present in a jar if you like.
