This carbonara is a eggless and oil or butter free healthy pasta with few ingredients .You can add a spoon of butter if you like.Possibly use jalapenos and carnation milk for a rich taste .
Leftover ham also can be used instead of raw ham .If you think the taste is not enough use poultry seasoning for the pasta.

Ingredients
50 grams leg ham chopped into squares
1/2 Cup Water
1 can of evarapoted milk
1 Pack (300 g) cooked noodles
1 green peppers ,chopped
1 Tablespoon Corn starch
Instructions
Mix evaporated milk with corn starch dissolved in water , ham and pepper . Add salt and pepper to taste .
Heat in a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes until thickened a little.
Add the pasta, mix, remove from heat and serve warm.
