Ingredients
1.5 kg fish
1 of onion ,chopped
1 of tomato , chopped
1 red or green pepper ,chopped
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
salt
Preparation
Peel the fish and slice it. Put the chopped onion in a large saucepan, then the fish’s head, tail, and slices that are less beautiful.
Add the tomatoes and peppers as well. Pour in one and a half to two liters of water and cook for about 45 minutes.
When the fish is almost completely cooked, remove from the heat and pass through another container through a smaller-hole strainer using a spoon.
You can filter the juice several times to make less splinters in it. Put in the nice fish slices, sprinkle with paprika , season with cumin, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
