Ingredients
6 stale breads
1 liter of canned milk
2 cans of sardines in preserved oil
1 glass of green olives
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
1 small glass of coconut milk
1 small glass of oil
Chopped green chives
1 tbsp of paprika
Salt to taste
1 can of cream
Preparation
Soak the bread together with 1 liter of milk for about 20 minutes.
Knead well until it comes apart.
Bring to the heat, stirring constantly until cooked.
If necessary, add water during cooking.
In another pan fry with chopped onion, garlic, paprika, salt to taste.
Fry a little, then place the 2 cans of sardines without the scales, stir well.
Then add the coconut milk, stir well.
Add with the bread mixture and let it cook. stirring constantly.
Add the olives, the green onions and finally 1 small cream box.
Serve with white rice.
