This recipe is a mix of colors and flavors so vibrant that they remind us of Christmas.It has 3 great colours of christmas ; red , green and white . The recipe uses okra for green colour ,but you can use blanched green beans instead .

Ingredients
6 green tomatoes, chopped
5 ripe tomatoes, chopped
½ cup onion, minced
2 green peppers ( serrano or jalapeno ), minced
1 fresh, clean and chopped okra
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 bunch of fresh coriander and chopped
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix the tomatoes, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, okra, garlic, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir carefully until well mixed.
