 ingredients

150 g milk

40 g oatmeal

1/4 tsp  spices for gingerbread

25 g Apple

4 raspberries , frozen or fresh

1 handful of flaked almond

3 pecan nuts

1-2  tbsp honey optional

preparation

Cut the apple into cubes. A french fry cutter is very practical for regular dice. Roughly chop the pecans.

In a saucepan over low heat, thicken the milk with the oatmeal and spices. Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

At the same time, toast the flaked almonds over high heat in a non-stick pan, stirring regularly.

When the mixture has become thick enough remove from the heat, add the honey, the diced apples and the pieces of pecans. Mix well.

Add the raspberries and slivered almonds as a topping and serve hot.
