Christmas pickle

Our Christmas pickle is a symphony of sweet and sour flavors, with a  festive touch that brings out the best in the veggies. The pickles are brined in a vinegar solution with sugar, spices, and herbs, creating a perfectly balanced taste that will tantalize your taste buds. Ingredients 


Vegetables

2 red bell peppers

2 cucumbers 

1 carrot 


 Pickling liquid

2 Bay leaves 

A little thyme

1 teaspoon pepper 

3 cups of Vinegar 

3 cups of white wine 

3 tbsp sugar


Preparation


 Cut the carrots into stars peppers into cubes and cucumbers in to strips . Pat dry cucumbers.

 Mix all liquid ingredients

Carrots are hard, so simmer in boiling water for about 3 minutes. 

Pepper for the last 1 minute.

At the same time, boil the liquid and remove from heat . Add vegetables and place on refrigarator for 3 hours  or until serving .
