INGREDIENTS

3 lobsters

100 g of soft butter

3 tbsp. cognac or brandy

salt  , pepper

PREPARATION:

1.To prepare your grilled lobster in the oven, heat a pot of lightly salted boiling water and immerse your lobsters in it. Let them cook for only a minute. Drain them and let them cool down. When your lobsters are no longer too hot, take a large knife and cut them in half, taking care to remove the gravel pocket and the hose.

2.To do it easy cut your lobster in half, starting from the head to the tail. Cut off the head first, then the tail. Give a little stab on the lobster claws to open them slightly and facilitate their cooking. Keep the lobsters cool.

3. Whip the butter with the Cognac, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven on the grill position. Brush the lobsters generously with creamed cognac butter and place them on the oven rack. And cook the lobster on the grill.

4.Place them in the oven and cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Your grilled lobster recipe will be ready. To keep it perfectly hot, serve it right out of the oven.
