Ingredients
Strawberries 8 , or strawberry or cheery juice about 250 ml
White rum 140 ml
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Crushed ice
Sugar to decorate
How to make
e. Cut the strawberries into pieces, add to a mincer or food processor with the juice. Blend for several seconds. Pass the result through a sieve so that there are no small pieces of the strawberries.Or you can use ready made cherry or strawberry juice .
Add this juice to a shaker and mix with the lemon juice and white rum. Shake the shaker several times. Prepare a plate with sugar, soak the rim of the glasses with lemon juice and press the rim into the sugar plate.
Add crushed ice to the glasses and pour the drink and serve .
