christmas buddah bowl

 Spoil yourself with a nice bowl full of vegetables! The holiday version buddha bowl is filled with green and red to put you in the Christmas atmosphere in all lightness. Delicious and easy , you can enjoy it both at home and on the picnic .

Preparation time ; 10 - 20 minutes

Ingredients 

 

1 handful spinach

100 g broccoli , cut into florests

50 g snap beans

80 g Brussels sprouts

100 g Red cabbage

1 sliced avacado

1 radish , sliced

30 g pomegranate seeds

50 g beet hummus ( hummus made with cooked beet )

1 slice vegan multigrain bread


Preparation


Blanch the broccoli ,sprouts and  beans in boiling water or grill them for 20 minutes in the oven.

Prepare the beet hummus .

Put the spinach  in a salad bowl and distribute the other ingredients.

Serve with Bread.
