100 g graham cracker crumbs
115 g Butter
2 tablespoons fresh cream
1 teaspoon salt
Filling
2 eggs
250 g fresh cream
100 g grated cheddar or guyere cheese
200 g ham in strips
1 red onion, sliced
1 salt
2 pinches of pepper
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor.
Thumb it out in pie form about 25 cm in diameter.
Whisk together eggs, cream and cheese.
