1 1/2 cups of flour

3/4 cups of powder sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoons of salt

4 tablespoons of refined sugar

1 cup of butter

1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

1  Egg

1/2 tablespoons green food coloring

1/2 tablespoons red food coloring

enough of cooking spray

Add the flour, icing sugar, baking powder, salt and refined sugar to a bowl.

Beat the butter until smooth, add the Egg, the vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.

Add the ingredients that are in the bowl and form a dough, divide it into 3 parts.

Leave one of the parts natural and the other two, mix them with the green coloring and the red coloring respectively; form a mass of each one and wrap them in plastic so they do not dry out. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Stretch each of the doughs, between waxed paper, this will prevent them from sticking to the roller, stretch them to an approximate thickness of 2 mm.

On top of each of the layers that you previously stretched and once together, stretch them a little more to “stick” them; start to roll along, you can use waxed paper, or plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

When you have the roll ready, cut 1 cm slices and place them on a tray with cooking spray.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Cool to room temperature.
