Cream cheese christmas pudding



A recipe of creamiest christmas dessert for plum pudding haters and cheese lovers .It is a mixture of christmas pudding and cheesecake .

Preparation time ;4 hours 

 400 g cream cheese (12%)

100 g sour cream (35%) or yogurt 

 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

2 handfuls of dried cranberries or raisins

1 handful of raisins

 1 handful of walnuts

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 tablespoons grated orange peel. 


Preparation:


1. Whipped cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon. 

2. Stir in the coarsely chopped fruit and nuts, orange peel. 

3. Spread the dish with a cling film that is slightly lubricated. Put the cream in a container and freeze for 2-3 hours. Thaw for 20 minutes before serving.
