Christmas seafood stew

 

A stew that you can make at Christmas or outside of it, healthy and delicious .This is a very easy stew and I decide to create this recipe for seafood lovers who do not have mussels. See my other xmas seafood recipes if you want to make stew with mussels 

 Time; 40 minutes

Ingredients  ; 4 people




• 200 g of salmon fish fillet or other suitable  white fish such as halibut, cod or hake

• 200 g of hake fish   other suitable fish such as halibut or cod 

• 2 onions

• 30 g of almonds

• 60 ml of white wine

• 1 tablespoon chives

• olive oil

• Pepper

• Salt

• 2 carrots

• 200 g of prawns


1. Wash, dry and dice the fish. Peel and finely chop the onions. Peel and dice the carrots. In a mortar, crush the almonds.

2. Heat a pot with two tablespoons of oil and sauté the onion over low heat. When transparent, add the almonds, sauté for a minute, add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender.

3. Add the fish, the prawns, and the chives, stir it with a wooden spoon for a few minutes, pour over the wine and let it cook for eight to ten minutes. Correct seasoning and serve.
