Christmas potatoes casserole is creamy ,nice and festive holiday casserole .Use your favorite cheese such as cheddar or guyere to make these .It is perfect as a side dish with roasted meats .

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes
1/4 kg sliced cheese
1/4 l milk cream
2 chives or parsley
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
cooked and ground paprika to taste

Wash the potatoes very well, peel them and cut them into thin wheels and in a buttered deep tray, layer the potatoes, chopped chives, the sliced cheese, the heavy cream, and so on until finishing with the Parmesan cheese.
When you finish the layers, sprinkle the paprika on top.
Bake for 1 hour covered with medium heat aluminum foil.
Serve hot.
