Christmas meatloaf

Ingredients

600 grams of ground beef

1/2 cup fresh cranberries or raisins

3 tablespoons fresh parsley

50 grams of whole almonds or hazelnuts 

50 grams pecan nuts

1 pork pate , use chicken  pate if do not like , 125g 

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt 

1/4 of cup of  breadcrumbs 

2 onions

8 teaspoons brown sugar

2 spoons of butter

2 tablespoons of Chicken Broth powder 

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Chop the parsley, almonds and walnuts.

Mix the meat with the berries, parsley, almonds, walnuts, pâté, cream, breadcrumbs and season with Chicken Broth, salt and pepper to taste.

Place the meat in a baking loaf pan and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

Slice the onions into thin slices and in a pan melt the two tablespoons of butter, sauté the onion and add the brown sugar to caramelize. Serve over the meatloaf when it comes out of the oven.
