A czech delicious stew with pickled cabbage a.k.a .saukreaut with pork and potatoes .If you cannot find saukreaut use cabbage cooked in water with a little vinegar and salt to substitute it.Serve it with bread.

Ingredients
300g pork shoulder
2 l water
1 bay leaf
2 all spices or cinamon
500g sauerkraut
1 l pork broth
1 large potatoes
butter
flour
caraway seeds or cumin
salt
5 pieces of garlic
Preparation
If you cannot find saukreaut use cabbage cooked in water with a little vinegar and salt to substitute it.
Cut the meat into cubes, put in 1 liter of water, season and cook until almost soft.
Rinse the sauerkraut according to acidity, place in a pot of water, add garlic and cumin and cook until almost soft.
Heat a dish with the butter, pour the drained meat broth (less than 1 liter), add 2 cloves of pressed garlic, 1 cubed raw potato and cook.
Add boiled sauerkraut and diced pork to the sauce prepared in this way. Let's cook for a short time.
Serve with bread.
