1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 eggs

Instructions
Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
In a bowl, mix the flour, with the baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the butter with the brown sugar. Beat with the help of an electric mixer until you get a smooth and creamy paste. Add the egg yolks one by one, continuing to beat, until the mixture is uniform. Add the flour mixture and the molasses, beating until completely mixed.
Knead with your hands until the dough is smooth.

Using a rolling pin, thin the dough until it reaches a thickness of 5 millimeters (1/2 centimeter).
With the help of a cookie sheet cut the cookies one by one.
Repeat this process until all the dough is used.Preheat oven to 180 C.
Cover a baking tin with wax paper or a parchment. Put the cookies on the paper and take to the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool.
