This is actually a very easy recipe to make cookies without oven to make at home . This is also a vegan recipe and you can make it more vegan if you use vegan chocolate .It is very nutritious and healthy than normal cookies .

Dough:
2 cups (200g) of dried coconuts
1 teaspoon ground vanilla or extract
pinch Himalayan salt
60ml (about ¼ cup) tahini (sesame paste) ,blend sesame seeds with a little olive oil and honey
120ml rice syrup or use maple syrup or honey
120ml coconut oil
for garnish:
10 hazelnuts
chocolate glaze
In a slow mode blender,
Mix 200g of dried coconut , 1 teaspoon of vanilla , a pinch of Himalayan salt , 60ml of tahini , 120ml of rice syrup and 120ml of coconut oil .
Allow the mixture to solidify a little for 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out a dough about 5 mm thick with a roller and cut out the cookies.
To prevent the dough from sticking so much, I mix "coconut flour" from coconut .
Melt chocolate and dip cookies in it .Cut the hazelnuts in half and keep them in candies.
We store cookies in the refregirator, preferably in the freezer
