Czech Christmas bars



Fruit and nut free christmas bars frosted with chocolate icing are good for sharing with freiends and enjoying with tea.
We wrap them in coconut and sugar for a great look.

400 g plain flour
300 g sugar 
150 g butter, melted
250 ml of milk
3 pcs of eggs
1 baking powder package
frosting 1 stick melted butter, add 2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa, 1 tablespoon of rum
coconut and powdered sugar for wrapping

Mix the ingredients and pour on a deep plate, which has been greased and greased with coarse flour. After baking, cut the lukewarm dessert into cubes, which we quickly wrap in icing (we work quickly so that the cubes do not soak up, they would disintegrate) and in powdered sugar mixed with coconut.
