We make thinner dough from smooth flour, egg yolks, fat, milk, vanilla sugar and honey.
Heat an iron or electric form on wafers, grease with fat and pour 1 tablespoon of dough. Close the mold and bake briefly. We have to turn the iron on the fire. We pick up the finished Christmas wafers with a knife and place them on a flat surface so that they do not warp.
We can leave the Christmas wafers straight or twist them while they are still warm, for example by using a handle with a coarser wooden spoon.
