Christmas moroccons



500 ml heavy cream , 350 ml milk+150g oil or melted butter 
3 tablespoons  plain flour (smooth)
1 pc vanilla sugar
150 g sugar crystals 
150 g mixed nuts
150 g raisins
150 g fruits (candied)
200 g chocolate (bitter)


Pour cream into a larger pot, add flour and sugar and mix everything and cook over a low heat to a thinner porridge while stirring constantly.
Then mix chopped nuts, almonds, raisins and finely chopped fruit into the base so that a harder mixture is formed.
Take a spoonful of the same amount from it and form piles of the same size on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until become pink.
Carefully put them off and allow to cool. Then, according to the idea and taste, soak them in melted chocolate glaze.
