Christmas cookie truffles

Super simple and very tasty Christmas candies with biscuits.You will never forget to make it next Christmas if you make this time as it is a last minute Christmas candy.As well as no bake or blenders ,beaters etc.are not necessary.


Ingredients 

biscuit - 2 - 3 packages (regular or tea, depends on weight)
 butter - 125 g
fresh milk - 100 ml
powdered sugar - 5 tablespoons
cocoa - 3 - 4 tablespoons
rum - 1 tablespoon or whiskey
chocolate sprinkles - 3 bags
Coloured sugar  - 1 bag
coconut shavings  - 1 bag (optional)

Preparation

Put the biscuits in a bowl and crumble them, you can grind them.

Pour cocoa, sugar and soft butter.

Mix well and add rum or whiskey.

You should get a soft dough, start shaping small balls  .

Pour different coatings  into separate trays,  and  roll small biscuit candies in them and arrange in the appropriate tray.

Leave the balls in the cold to set.
