Christmas salad

This is a french style mixed salad perfect for a diet.The recipe calls for foie gras or fatted duck liver.It is not healthy and  not  available in many countries .So you can use cooked chicken liver instead of that.You can also substitute salmon with cooked fish slices and ham with cooked sausages .

1 salad lettuce (lamb's lettuce, lettuce)
 
1 slice of foie gras substitute with chicken liver
 
1 slice of smoked salmon
 
1 slice of smoked ham
 
1 slice of gingerbread bread
 
3 thin apple slices
 
Walnut kernel
 
Pine nuts
 
2 grapes
 
2 cherry tomatoes
For the dressing:
 
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
 
2 teaspoons of mustard
 
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
 
Pepper
 
Salt
 
2 teaspoons of honey
Preparation of the vinaigrette:
Mix oil and mustard, add vinegar, salt and pepper.
Emulsify well, and add honey.
Preparation of the plate:
Place the salad in the center of the plate.
Place the foie gras on one side of the plate.
Cut the gingerbread into 3 small slices, and place them on the salad.
Put the smoked salmon on the second side of the plate, and the smoked ham on the third.
Cut the grapes and the cherry tomatoes in 2, and decorate the salad with them.
Add walnuts and pine nuts. Finish with the vinaigrette.
