Preparation time ; 20 minutes
400g Cream Cracker cookies
4 tablespoons of Margarine
1 chopped onion
6 chopped garlic cloves
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup of rolled almonds
1 cup of raisins
2 cups of diced ham
½ cup of chopped olives
Fresh cherries for garnish
Parsley to decorate
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method of preparation
In a saucepan, place the Margarine , the onion, the garlic and let it lightly brown.
Add the ham, olives, walnuts, almonds and the processed Cream Cracker Vitarella cookie.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. decorate with fresh cherries and parsley.
