A easy pudding for christmas pudding haters or chocolate lovers .Specially kids will love this .
This is spicy and richer than normal chocolate pudding .
Preparation time ;20 minutes
250 ml cream 15% fat
200 ml of water
30 g cornstarch
10 g cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp gingerbread spice
3 tbsp cane sugar
100 g dark chocolate, chopped
50 g of whipping cream 19% fat
1. Mix 50 ml of cream and water in a measuring cup. Add 30 g cornstarch, 10 g cocoa powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice and 3 tbsp sugar and stir until smooth.
2. Pour the remaining 200 ml of Crem for cooking and the remaining 150 ml of water in a saucepan. Add the cocoa mixture from the measuring cup and stir well. Heat while stirring until the cornstarch thickens.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 100 g dark chocolate.
4. Fill the Christmas pudding into a moulds rinsed with cold water and let it cool for 4 hours at room temperature. Then put in the fridge overnight.
Pour Christmas pudding onto a plates the next day.
5. Start 50 g of Cream to whip and pour onto the Christmas pudding.
