New Year's eve Noodle

 Noodles are a traditional dish enjoyed by many cultures around the world to bring good luck in the coming year. These long noodles symbolize longevity and are often served uncut to represent a long life. Families gather together to enjoy this special meal, typically prepared with a flavorful broth and various toppings. It is believed that by eating the noodles without breaking them, you are also avoiding bad luck. This tradition is a wonderful way to welcome the new year with hopes for prosperity and good fortune.

Ingredients

250g of cooked wide pasta  noodles 

1 Boiled and chopped broccoli

1 cooked chicken breast (sliced)

2 diced carrots 

2 tablespoons of butter

1 cup (tea) of chestnuts

1 cup (tea) of raisins

chopped parsley

Black olives (without pits)


Preparation 


Heat the butter well and saute carrots .Add  all the ingredients except the noodles and saute again.

When everything is well braised and the aroma is nice, turn off the heat, add the noodles, mix well and smother for about 10 minutes.

Don't forget to add salt if necessary.
