Christmas sandwich rolls

 Christmas sandwiches always feel like a bit of a treat. Whether you're grabbing one for lunch on a busy shopping day or enjoying it as a festive snack, there's no denying that they're a delicious part of the festive season. There are so many different types of Christmas sandwiches to choose from, so you're sure to find one that you love. A glass of mulled wine or a hot chocolate are both perfect accompaniments.

This Christmas sandwich is an incredible Christmas dish with all the flavor of vegetables,ham and cheese .

Ingredients

30 slices of square bread, without edges

2 cups of chicken, cooked 

1 cup potato, cooked and cut into cubes

1 cup carrots, cooked and diced

1 cup of cooked peas 

180g mayonnaise

20 slices of ham

20 slices of yellow cheese

2 packages of cream cheese 190 g

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon of  Seasoning

Salt to taste

pepper to taste

1 red bell pepper

20 curly parsley leaves

Let's cook!

In a bowl, mix the chicken with the potatoes, carrots, peas, mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Reserve for arming.

On non-stick plastic, arrange the slices of bread forming a base. Then crush the edges together with the help of a roller so that they stick.

Place the slices of ham, the slices of cheese, the Russian salad and roll up with the help of the plastic. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

 For the coverage, beat the cream cheese with the sour cream, the  Seasoning, salt and pepper. Refrigerate if necessary.

On a wooden board, cut 1/3 part of the roll diagonally, and arrange to simulate the trunk.

Cover the trunk with the cream cheese dip. With the help of a fork, draw lines to decorate and give it texture. Decorate with pepper cubes and parsley.
