I share this recipe though i have shared many xmas rice recipes because this rice easy ,cheap but very colourful.It goes well with any meat vegetable or salad .Or you can make this as a side dish for roasted meats.This is also good with leftover rice .
Preparation time ; 10 minutes
Serves ; 2
Ingedients
2 mugs cooked rice
2 tsp grated ginger
4 grated garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell peppers
3/4 mug raisins
1 onion
50 g butter
1 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation
Cut the onions and peppers into small cubes, crush the garlic and chop it, grate the ginger.
Stir the onion in the butter and a little oil.
When the onion starts to soften, add the peppers as well.
After about 5 minutes, add the ginger and garlic as well.
After 3 minutes, the raisins.
After 2-3 minutes, add the cooked rice and serve. Bon apetit!
