Christmas pasta soup



This is perfect soup for weight loss.It is a one pot pasta soup with vegetables .Its a vegan christmas soup.

We serve hot. . As a starter I recommend you; my fresh, light and very tasty  that will conquer everyone's palates. The second course is a delicious chicken or ham roast . In addition, it has a garnish of cooked vegetables and a lightly sauteed with margarine. Of this, I assure you that they will not leave even the bones.For a vegan christmas dinner you can serve this with vegan  ham and a  christmas salad  

30 large pasta shells.

3 carrots.

2 zucchini.

3 mushrooms.

3 fresh sage leaves or coriander 

2 cloves of garlic.

Virgin olive oil.

1 large onion.

200 gr of cabbage.

4 tablespoons of soy sauce 

1.-We clean the bell peppers well, and cut them, peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes, wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes as well. We wash and chop the cabbage, peel the onion and cut into cubes, peel the garlic and cut into sheets. In a saucepan, fry the onion with a little olive oil and fry it together with the garlic. We spend a few minutes adding the rest of the vegetables and salt to sweat and release all the flavors of the vegetables, stir well so that they do not stick to the pot. Add the sage and soy sauce , cover all the vegetables with water and cook over a heat for 40 minutes. Then we add the pasta  and cook them 15 or 20 minutes until they are aldentes, we rectify with salt if necessary. Remove from the heat and reserve until serving.
