Christmas overnight oats





An easy christmas breakfast  idea which is also healthy and perfect .Made it on xmas eve and have on Christmas morning .Instead of carbohydrate filled you will have a healthy oat bowl for holiday season.

 

Preparation time ;5 minutes

Ingredients


1 cup oatmeal

1 cup milk

1 small Banana (s), ripe

2 tbsp Cranberries or raisins

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp. Cocoar powde

3 tbsp Natural yoghurt

1 tbsp nuts

Sugar to taste


preparation


In the evening, mash the banana and mix with oatmeal, milk, cranberries, cinnamon, cocoa and yogurt. Cover and leave in a cold place .


Stir in the morning and sweeten to taste. Then put the nuts on top and enjoy.


I didn't need sugar because my banana was very sweet, but that's a matter of taste and everyone should try it for themselves.


If you prefer your breakfast very cold, you should put your overnight oats in the fridge.
