1 tbsp. cinnamon

1/2 tbsp. cloves

1/2 tbsp. anise or cinnamon powder

200 gr. nuts, mixed

preparation

Thoroughly clean the apples and cut them into 4, removing only the stalks.

We put them with the 750 gr. water in a pot . Bring to a boil for 30 minutes on low heat until soft.

Put the contents of the pot in a strainer with small holes and keep the juice. It is good to squeeze a little and the apples in the strainer with the back of a spoon to get extra juice. It is good not to squeeze them too much and the juice is cloudy. Leave to strain for 2 hours.

Pass the juice again through the strainer in which we have put a muslin or a bag or a thin kitchen towel. We want the juice to clear and become clear. Leave it in the fridge overnight to drain.

The next day we put 500 gr. from the juice carefully in a saucepan. Be careful not to mix it too much so that the solids that may have settled overnight do not rise to the surface so that we have a clearer jam at the end.

We get the juice from the oranges and tangerines which should be about 500 gr. We hold the spores, put them and tie them in a tulle.

Wash the 2 extra oranges well with a brush and cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife. Put them in a saucepan .

Add 200 gr. water, 200 gr. sugar, and put them in the pot together with the slices of oranges. Boil on low heat until the slices are almost transparent.

In the other pot with the apple juice, add the orange and tangerine juice, one kilo of sugar, the lemon juice, the herbs and the orange seeds to the orange mixture.
