Christmas corn salad

 

A perfect winter salad, this is full of colors, flavors, and textures that will set your taste buds tingling: crunchy corn, crisp celery, and tomatoes.



Preparation time: 120 minutes


Ingredients 

250 g  canned  corn

200 g  tomato

200 g  pickled shallots

1 cucumber

1 celery green

2 tbsp olive oil

pepper

salt

Vinegar

1 stalk  dill


Preparation 

Cut the tomatoes into cloves, dice the cucumbers and onion. Finely chop the dill and celery greens.


Make dressing with  vinegar, olive oil, 50 g of water and spices,  mix the dill and celery green. Add the prepared vegetables into this and then add the corn. Turn it over well and flavor it if necessary. 

It is good to stand for half a day before consumption.
