ingredients 


2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

2 Garlic cloves

500 g Sweet potatoes, peeled (use approx. 100g more if you like)

1 zucchini

1 carrot

1 Red pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Paprika powder

1 tbsp Rasel Hanout

½ tsp cinnamon

1 pinch pepper

½ tsp Chili (if you like it a little spicy)

3 tbsp Tomato paste (preferably from the Turkish supermarket)

750 ml Vegetable broth

2 cans Chickpeas (drained weight 400 g each)

1 handful parsley

1 handful Coriander green




Cut the onion and garlic into cubes. Then cut the sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots and peppers into bite-sized pieces.


Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Fry the onion and garlic cubes, add the spices with the tomato paste and fry for about 1 minute. Add the cut vegetables and chickpeas and fry them.


Add the stock and cook until the vegetables are firm to the bite.


Before serving, add the finely chopped parsley and coriander leaves
