A hearty and flavorful stew that is perfect for a festive Christmas meal. This stew is made with a variety of fish, vegetables, and spices, and is sure to please everyone at the table.

Ingredients
1 kg of fish fillets without skin
salt, pepper
a little flour
3 tbsp of oil
1 finally chopped onion
2 red peppers cut into strips
2 tsp sweet paprika or chili powder
a little hot pepper
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons tomato paste
100 ml of white wine
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
250 ml sour cream
Preparation
Remove the bone from fillets and cut them into larger cubes. Add salt and pepper and flour in little flour.
Fry in oil in portions until 3-4 minutes until golden. Put the onion in the same pot and fry it in oil.
Add the chopped peppers and simmer until soft.
Stir in paprika, garlic, tomato puree , hot pepper and after a while pour wine.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes, until it evaporates a little.
Return the fish and add herbs and salt.
Stir in the sour cream and heat just below the boiling point. Serve with rice, dumplings, potatoes or bread.
